Tried twice but ended up returning

I ordered them and the first time I got a different size than what I ordered I asked for a replacement. On the next delivery the shoes had water stains. It seemed to me that they were shipping previously returned goods as the boxes were also damaged. I have decided to get back together after the second bad time because the style and color of the shoes are great and seem perfect for the fall season.
