We are disappointed in the quality of the item
I bought this backpack for my sister as a gift back in May. She saved it to use for School in August. In August, she was able to use it for a week before the strap broke, and rendered the backpack unusable. She let me know what happened this week when I was visiting and noticed she was using a different bag.We are disappointed in the quality of the item, especially since it was a gift.
