My 80kg Rottie loves dragging his 130lb self down the street while trying to dislocate his shoulder. She is a puppy and we are working to make her walk nicely. It changed the rules of the game. It doesn't hurt her, she never whines or complains when it's on, and she gets excited when she sees me picking it up. It basically just helps to remind them NOT TO PULL YOUR PERSON DOWN THE STREET. Now we can walk normally and not look like a crazy woman being pulled by a puppy. The collar seems sturdy and well built and I have no complaints and neither does my pup.
