Review on 🔋 POWEROWL 12 Bay Battery Charger: Discharge Function, NiMH NiCD, Li-ion - LCD Display by Melanie Williams

Error loading media. Unit 1) Revain Warehouse Deal. The segments of the display only flashed. Clearly a customer return, cosmetically tested but not functionally tested. Block 2) Works BUT only half of the slots load properly. When measured with a DMM, the voltage pulsates during charging and upon completion reaches 1.39-1.40 V. Slots 5-8 on this one pulse for several minutes, then "give up" and just arrange the segments so that a person that believes they are charging. At night the brand new NmH stayed at 1.10v. Removing the batteries or shuffling them to "reset" the slots gives the same result: pulse charge for a few minutes, then stop. The LCD shows that charging is still in progress. 5/5 for compact design and 10 batteries. 5/5 to show the charging status active. 3/5 for electrical interference (RFI) 2/5 for reliable chargers/slots At this point I can rearrange the batteries to get a pack of ten charged batteries. Disappointing as the main reason I chose this device was the capacity for ten portable radios at a time.
