I was a Natural Balance customer a few years ago. Then I noticed my dog avoiding food so I switched to a different brand. After my dog started getting skin problems I decided to give it another try as he had been dealing with it for a long time. My dog liked this food again, but I noticed that the food had a chemical smell. Also, to be perfectly clear, I noticed that his poop didn't smell like poop. Instead, it smelled like chemicals. It just felt wrong to me. I did a little research and found out that this company sources ingredients and such from China. I decided I wouldn't spend a penny on this brand and found a good American alternative food that my dog loves. Oh, and my puppies smell like poop again! Haha!
