They sent me the wrong RAM

They sent me the wrong RAM and I got pretty much the same RAM except it was PC3-10666 for all these geeks you know it means for all these non-geeks , it means that my computer suddenly lost stability and crashed like crazy, the memory was probably fine but it was definitely not compatible with my computer (I had this problem with previous computers, so I recognized the symptoms immediately).
