I bought this product about a month ago and I have to say that I was initially impressed with the 'look' of the product. but. Here are the problems I had with it.1. There are no installation instructions. It's not a problem for me because. I work in IT but there should be instructions. 2. The company's website is not working, which should be alarming. 3. You sent me the wrong doorknob. They sent me one for 2012 or newer I believe and mine is 2010 so the pen I have is useless. 4. I have no way of exchanging or purchasing a pen that fits my 2010 due to the website being down. in a google search.lol.general.the product is nice.but the support and functionality leave a lot to be desired. A. 5. After just one month, I see that the system I received is now $200 less than what I paid for it. What a hit.
