Review on Secure Your Stud Earrings with Sterling Silver Earring Backs - ZDaoBen Earring Backs for Heavy Earrings by Shantel Griffin

Reliable and comfortable

Glad to find these earrings after losing 2 earrings in 2 weeks. In fact I lost a third but my husband found it in the shower. My higher quality earrings have a screw clasp which is more secure but you cannot easily change the screw clasp if the shank is not threaded. These backrests have a push button mechanism that slides over the frame. They look like patented Luxlocks, but unlike them I didn't hear them click over the notch in the post. These backs are rounded and slightly larger than butterfly clutches, making them more comfortable to wear. The reason I gave them 4 stars is, that to close you have to squeeze the tabs together (which opens the hole where the rod goes). and then release once it's in the right place. I wear one of these backs now because I couldn't get it on my right ear (non-dominant hand) after about 20 minutes of fiddling. The "buttons" you press to open the hole are straight, not serrated, so you can't use your nails easily, and the straight edges are a bit painful if you hold them down for a long time. I was able to get my right ear out in a few seconds but my left actually gave out. and now a few hours after putting them on i can say that my right ear has become more comfortable. This back is more comfortable to wear than a butterfly clasp, but many companies offer headphones with silicone padding, which also distributes stress and protects the ear. They are more beautiful, but how much this question varies from person to person. They must have joined without my knowledge. It also means my rear backs aren't really visible. People with shorter hair may be more worried about how the back looks. Each hairstyle will make them feel more comfortable. I found an opal earring in the waiting room and really didn't feel like crawling around looking for it but I'm still unhappy that it's gone and with all the times I've lost earrings this month alone it is value, having a back protects them better. In short, they're more comfortable, safer, and better looking than butterfly hitches. Using them can be difficult depending on how well you coordinate with your non-dominant hand.
