So far my experience with this product is positive. This is a good product to wear while doing just random things around the house or as a if doing a fairly low impact/non-cardio workout. It is firm but still very giving. I did not follow the sizing chart (I sized down) and I can easily fit into the middle loops and could possible make it tighter. I would not classify this as a cincher as it is a little too forgiving, but it does smooth the lines if one chooses to wear it as an undergarment. I'd give it 4/5 stars.
