Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! I think the first one I received didn't work properly and the seller worked with me to get a replacement and get it working - I've never issued a refund! Definitely recommend the seller for the products and hopefully the replacement works. 5 stars for customer service! ------- Update: The seller sent me a new one to try and it turned out I had a bad product the first time. The second works great and there were no problems! Definitely recommend this seller and the product. It's nice to see that the seller is active and really insists on giving the buyer what they wanted. Thanks again!
