This product is great. I used a regular tape measure and didn't think it was that important until I tried it. I fell in love with him immediately. It also comes with a regular tape measure at no extra charge. It's not like a 'traditional' tape measure that you measure from point to point. You are measuring from the bottom of the product to the bottom of the product, and the product itself is 2 inches long so it appears two inches are missing. Once it wraps around your body part and you insert the loose end into the end of the connector, count those 2 inches. Now it is very easy for me to take measurements. Just wrap it around my body parts, press the button to take up the slack, and read the number. It's really not easy. I definitely feel more accurate with this measure than with a simple tape measure wrapped around me and held together with two fingers. I keep both fingers crossed!
