OVERVIEW: These cables charge SLOWLY; My other cables charge FAST. See photos. FULL STORY: For months I couldn't figure out why my phone was charging sometimes slowly and sometimes fast with different chargers and cables. I did controlled testing today and finally found these cables suck. I downloaded a battery app to quantify charge speeds using different cables. The app I received measures the charging speed and converts it to an estimated time to fully charge (shown as "Current Charging Time" in the attached photos). I then tested two of these Ailkin cables with another random cable I have with the SAME charger. Result: These cables are constantly charged SLOWLY. With these cables, the battery app showed an estimated charge time of 1 hour and 1 minute (ie 61 minutes) (see photos). With my other random cable, the battery app showed an estimated charge time of 12 minutes. I repeated these tests several times to be sure and each time the result was the same. The good news is that my loading puzzle is now solved. The bad news is these cables go straight to the trash and I'll have to find another brand to try as unfortunately I don't know what brand my other cable was. CONCLUSION: These are slow charging cables. Calling them "high-speed” charging cables is false advertising.
