I read the reviews about the taste and liked the look so I gave it a try. They marketed it as a herbal and hormone-free health product, but then used artificial sweeteners like stevia with sugar alcohols instead of real natural sugar. The result is the awful taste of fake sugar alcohol along with the feel of the powder. The company recommends using milk as it doesn't taste good in water. If you're the kind of person who likes coffee and dinners with artificial sugars, you won't mind, but if you prefer real ingredients and a natural product with no artificial sweeteners and alcoholic sugars, this won't be the case. To me, that bordered on false advertising. Sorry to spend money on this.
