First of all I would like to say that the customer service is great! I bought a wireless car charger for my phone and am having connection issues. I went back and forth to customer service with the Echo to fix the problem. I managed to get it working with three other iPhones but it wouldn't connect to my iPhone 12 Pro. I decided to return this one and try a different model. After researching the issue, I found out that the problem was in the phone and not the charger. Apparently Apple knows that there is a problem with connecting to wireless chargers, iPhone 12 and many other people have this problem. I restarted my phone and did the update and it's working great now. The phone charger connects securely to the air vent and is easy to open and close. I haven't tried the suction cup yet. I also bought 2 cases from them and they are very durable. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
