Update June 6, 2021: I can't turn it on anymore. I used the same cable as in the kit. I press the button and hold it for three seconds. It then flashes red, white and blue and then does nothing. Even if I hold it, still nothing happens. Tried to press twice, tried nothing, also pressed the heat button, then the vibrate button. Only the heating function works. If I also try to turn on the heater, then the vibration is the same: red, white, and then blue. I haven't used this in weeks and now I don't understand why it suddenly stopped working. It worked so well for me and now it doesn't work anymore. So I work in a physically demanding job that requires me to stand a lot. I always have problems with my lower back. I've tried everything from stretching to using an actual back brace to make sure I don't injure myself. I still had so many problems. My back constantly felt like it needed a good nudge, but I could never make it go away. I decided to give it a try. I use it for a few minutes every day and have had no back pain ever since. This may be because I was able to stretch better and straighten my back after the application. Maybe it's because of that or it just helped. The heating function also helped!
