Very comfortable, still too new to know its durability.
The mat is very comfortable but it is almost too soft for my elderly clients, they feel a bit unbalanced when walking. But I think it's not a bad problem! The leading edges don't line up very well, so I had to double-stick tape. But this is a very good pillow for the legs and lower back.
