I bought this to power my DIY CNC Plasma. For this purpose it has worked perfectly and so far have had no problems (I've had it for a little over 5 weeks at the moment). I didn't have any problems setting it up either. It comes with a 90-day return/replacement guarantee. I have found that you will have no problems with normal/regular use for most products for the first 90 days. I've noticed a few issues under other reviews and this *is* refurbished so your mileage may be very good. However, if you're expecting $800 plus performance from a sub-$250 laptop/laptop, I suspect your expectations are a bit high. Just think about what you will use it for.
