Really 7ft tall. Delivered in a very small box. It takes a while to fluff up the knots but looks good when it's done. The tree design has interesting feather branches that can be manipulated (curved) to create a fuller look. Although the needles do shed a bit (small amounts when used for lighting/decoration), it's not enough to make a fuss. Although when initially unfolding the tree I snapped off 3 small branches. But overall this is a good quality tree as there are many feathers on each branch that can be unfurled to create the look you want. If you are looking for a decorative white wood on a budget I would recommend this item. I'm sure this tree can last more than 5 holiday seasons and still look good (overall score). If you're looking for a family heirloom or realistic trees, keep shopping. Hope that helps!
