The bristles fall out easily

The bristles started falling out the second time I used them. I got rid of it and got another one out of the box thinking maybe the first one was defective but the same thing happened. The second time, one of the bristles got stuck in my throat and I had trouble getting it out. Nice toothbrushes but I will not buy them again.
