Lots of great features, price and hole size for buns or bagels. I also like that it cools down quickly and the outer layer doesn't get hot, so be careful. It cleans the floor perfectly which I like, doesn't slip, after it cools hold it over the sink and open the floor and it releases anything that might otherwise burn off and leave a smell. The dimensions of the slots help loosen the bread particles, they don't get stuck. The toast or bagel is toasted perfectly, however, thanks to a retainer (I call it a gate) that holds it in place while toasting. Also, I underestimated how comforting I wanted the waffle to be and I pressed it, reset the number and it worked. With other toasters, I'd have to cancel, wait for it to cool, and start over. Those toasters were way more expensive than this one. The color matches my kitchen appliances. I JUST LOVE IT!
