I've seen a lot of feedback that the receiver wants to rotate or move under some load rather than stay straight when I first installed it. I had the same problem, even with my 1/2 inch punch. The way I solved the problem wasn't to drill another hole or weld it. What I did was add a second lock washer (bolt, lock washer, washer, second lock washer, nut) and hit it again with my 1/2" punch and bam, it stays nice, straight and tight! Who knows if it lasts and how long but for now it's as tight as it gets so I'm happy with that.Works for my needs to get my 16ft boat in and out of the yard with my '71 IH Cub 106 to move.
