We use it as our core system, but we also have many customizations that make us unique in how we run business. The support team will do anything to help you out! They are amazing!! So far I haven't found any thing that i dislike about this software. If your looking at something like this then just go ahead and give them a try. You won't be disappointed once they get their hands dirty. As of right now there isn't much else going around here so all good things aside from having some sort of problem or issue with another program (like outlook) that makes me want to throw my computer through a window because it's not working properly. We used it when I was still doing payroll processing but switched over last year due to other problems happening with Paychex who were taking forever to process paychecks even though everything seemed fine.
