The pump isn't too bad at all
First of all this shower gel works great as a product. Our son has sensitive skin and this wash has never caused him a breakout. We tried other known and proven shower gels and he got a rash all over his body. Now on to the pump itself. I agree it could be improved (that's why I'm giving it 4 stars) but we haven't had as many issues as other reviews I've read. The first pump is ok, then it just takes a while for the pump to charge back up. I personally love the open spout but don't let the pump be the reason you don't buy this product.
