I can't get support to reply to my sent message
The clock synchronized with the iPad and worked for three days, then the application does not load information about the accumulated steps, nothing sleeps, so I went to troubleshoot. Did everything that was suggested, now the application recognizes the watch but doesn't accept it. Now the support team is not responding to my question/problem!
