This is a lightweight support brace. This is a good everyday brace for weak ankles. This is great for me after wearing my ASO or McDavid with laces/side support straps/ankle wraps. That has everything in store for a plantar fasciitis rupture, an injury like peroneal tendonitis, or an ankle sprain. This cape is flexible which makes it more comfortable. He's not tough. The instructions are not intuitive. This is how I would describe the fitting: R Foot: Place your foot on the bandage as instructed in the instructions. Now press the bandage to your leg and place your foot on the other knee. Take two large tabs (one in each hand) and wrap them in opposite directions around the top of your ankle and secure with Velcro. Now take two smaller tabs, one in each hand, stretch them over the arch of your foot and wrap these two around the ankle, one in each direction, and secure with Velcro. It's intuitive, don't try to analyze it. Much luck!
