The product received is packed with several layers of tape from a supplier/manufacturer in China. While not written using the best manual, the setup instructions are quite well done, when combined with common sense it was fairly easy. Unfortunately the material arrived with holes/small tears along the 12" seam section. 3 piece posts could be stiffer however the sandbags provided along with guy ropes are helpful and necessary. In general the tarp worked. I contacted the company and asked for it a repair kit and the company responded quickly and initially offered to replace the order, however to date I have not received any further messages, in the meantime I will try to fix this myself and update my review if and if so Company contacting or retrieving email communications.
