I've been using them to go up a size since I'm over 00g They taper better than anything else you'll find at Revain. They are not as small as other reviewers have noted. At least not in large calibers. I can use Double Flares with them properly sized for up to two weeks after stretching. This makes stretching easy and smooth and no tunneling is required after you pass the taper, which is MUCH easier on your earlobes. . And they are safe. I had no reaction to it and nickel usually causes a staph infection after a few days of wearing. These didn't cause me any problems. Can't recommend them enough. If you want to grow big, this is the way to go.
