Great mugs but a green one is leaking

We love these mugs! But we noticed the green flowed at the base, so we replaced it. The same happens with the replacement! watch the video It's instant. There are still 3 product launches because the mugs are very cute and durable. Only this one has problems, the other 3 are awesome. Unfortunately we will send them back.

Pros

EXCELLENT QUALITY: Made of pure ceramic, our tiki mugs are heat resistant, durable and have good toughness to hold liquids of different temperatures. Additionally, because tiki goggles are glazed, they last much longer with color retention.
