I usually don't find one and five star reviews very helpful as they suggest it can't be better or worse. My opinion is that in terms of raw performance it is vastly superior to canned air, but that alone doesn't make it a replacement for canned air as this device lacks the precision achieved with a thin straw nozzle. Because of this, it is not the best choice for cleaning PCs and PC accessories. It's fine for dust cleaning, but it's a brute force method, but I have no idea if the nozzles have anti-static brushes, so I'd keep a safe distance to avoid electrostatic discharge. It sure is noisy, but that's because it's moving air with a motor like any other vacuum - it's just area that matters, and with such a small form factor it's going to be particularly noisy moving all that air. I would suggest short pulses, maybe a minute or so, because they get hot and I imagine long runs can easily burn out the motor. The mounts don't snap so I could assume some of them might loosen over time, but they're pretty tight so that's never happened to me.
