They are great for walking or standing for hours at work when you are on your feet all day because they are so "Feathers and support in the heel BUT they don't have much durability. They definitely have heel cushioning but when running (especially on gravel/mud) they don't have the durability of a Nimbus or Cumulus. If you use them for running, they are definitely better on concrete as you don't slip as much as on dirt roads UPDATE: after a month of use the sides are badly worn and the tread is very worn I could recommend these as comfortable sprinting shoes but they are NOT durable at all. If I were to buy anything again I wouldn't buy it and probably check out HOKAS Definitely NOT worth the price you're paying for it n.
