In my experience, Green Toys makes some of the best toys for young children today and this toy submarine is no exception. They are very durable and can withstand many children's games. Our kids have been playing with these subs not only in the bathroom but also in the playrooms for about two years and they are still in great shape. The plastic used in the manufacture of these submarines is of high quality and does not have any unpleasant chemical odors upon arrival. . The design is great, with lots of rounded edges, minimizing places where a child could injure themselves. These are well-made toys that I can only recommend. Made in the USA.
