Can't fault the towbar. Hence the 5 stars. Set it to 3, but again, that's not the hitch's fault. Everything is perfectly matched. The full display is well packaged. Then there's the jeep. As others have said, if you have pencil-thin fingers (and really need mind control over matter to hold things in place) you don't stand a chance of installing this without removing the bumper. I ended up having to do just that and remove the bumper. Without the bumper removed, the bolts can only enter from the muffler side (hot muffler). Then you have a gap the size of a washer and nut to align with a bolt as you look up your back and fat falling down your throat choking you to death. After the dirt was removed (removed just enough, actually) it went on as fast as I could tighten 4 locknuts. There was real pain. Jeep. Removing the bumper was difficult, but installing it was even more difficult. I'm sure the pros are laughing at me right now. I still haven't had to pay you to install the $45 hitch.
