The best thing about infolio is that it’s very user friendly! It's so much easier than using email or text messaging when you need help getting something done. I can't think of anything bad at all. If there was one feature we would change its being able to have more people in our team working together without having to go through lots of emails back and forth just because someone has an issue they want solved right away instead of waiting until later like other tools do. We are solving problems related to customer service which includes responding quickly to requests as well as providing support via chat/email if needed. Our customers love us since they know their issues will get resolved fast thanks to infolios ability to provide quick responses!
