Not microns! Best in Drawing

I bought these at first thinking they were micron pens but they aren't. I'd be fine if they worked, but the ink is dry and most of the colors don't even work. They look a lot like Micron pens and I'm not even sure if they're waterproof. I would not recommend these pens.
