Simply put, Level 1 is the best pre-workout I've tried. A little background: I've been weightlifting with a particular focus on powerlifting for several years and have tried almost every popular pre-workout in the world during that time. What I'm looking for in a pre-workout is that extra boost to get through the workout without any unwanted side effects. First, the soda tastes great, which isn't a requirement but always a plus, especially if your taste buds are being abused enough by other supplements or your daily dose of reheated chicken. Very easy to mix; Simply add a portion to the water, stir, done. No negative side effects during or after my workout - no abdominal pain, nausea or dizziness. You can look at the ingredients and know exactly what you're taking, no secret formulas here. Citadel Nutrition currently has two Level 1 versions, the difference being the amount of caffeine. If in doubt, visit the Citadel Nutrition website, you will likely find the answers to your questions. I have been using Tier 1 consistently for over a year and feel very confident with this review and my recommendation.
