I like it although it's a little overpowered when all 4 arms are attached to the plate so sometimes one or two of them get attached to the metal at the front of my desktop. Nice heavy steel plate with sticky rubber feet that don't move. The arms work well and have good flexibility. But clips in the end. Well, to put it simply, they suck. They are fragile and if you tighten the thumbscrew to hold them in place they will crumple, warp and fall out. Until I got new ones I decided to stick the wire in the open end and solder it in place. The jaws were still fragile, but at least they stayed in place that way.
