It's easy-to -use software that allows you track attendance by employee/employer using different date range options available like weekdays only or all working days in selected period of time etc..It also helps me manage my schedule as well so I can see who has been absent from work during which day /date & what was their reason behind it without going into details with them personally (which would be very difficult sometimes). There are no downsides but if there were any they could have made improvements over its existing structure rather than creating an entirely new system completely away form previous one! Just try out this great tool now!! You will surely love how user friendly everything about plan month looks! No downfalls at least not yet!! Tracking employees'absence records when required i think thats where we need some improvement since currently users cannot view specific information related eithout opening individual file separately unlike other.
