I like that it allows me to customize my schedule per day of week so if i have an early morning meeting or class then its easy enough to add in those times as well! It also has great reporting features which are very helpful when managing multiple employees at once with different schedules/schedules being put into place each month by our HR department!! I like that this program has many different features from payroll processing right up until each employee’s exit interview which can be recorded! It also helps with vacation requests/approvals as well any other benefits an employer may offer (e-health insurance approval). It's easy-to -use software that allows you track attendance by employee/employer using different date range options available like weekdays only or all working days in selected period of time etc..It also helps me manage my schedule as well so I can see who has been absent from work during which day /date & what was their reason behind it without going into details with them personally (which would be very difficult sometimes).
