Review on Plan Month by Brandon Skeet

I like that this program has many different features from payroll processing right up until each employee’s exit interview which can be recorded! It also helps with vacation requests/approvals as well any other benefits an employer may offer (e-health insurance approval). My only dislike about it was how complicated some of its functions were at first but when you figure out what everything does eventually becomes much easier & more efficient using Plan month all together!! So far there are no issues in terms of functionality or anything else really so nothing negative either :) We use planmonth because we have been able track our employees paychecks along w their scheduled hours worked etc..it's helped us eliminate mistakes made during time off due t he fact my co workers do not know exactly who took days they don't work unless i tell them otherwise ;) The ability to track vacation time and pay out in a very quick manner. It would be nice if it was more user friendly but overall it's fairly easy to use once you figure out how to navigate it. We are solving the need for HR to have visibility into employee attendance and vacation usage. This has been a big help in making sure we are not overpaying our employees when they are off work.
