I have tried several other beard products to help soften my beard but never got the results I wanted so I was skeptical that this product would actually work for me. However, I took a chance after reading the reviews and I have to say that after a few months of use it does exactly what it says it does in the product. My beard is much softer than when I started. I also love that you can use it in the shower and rinse it off without leaving a greasy residue like some beard care products that are left on and don't work. I will be a regular customer and regular user as long as I have a beard.
