Falling apart and NO customer support outside of Canada
We liked the look of these towel rails; However, the bars did not stay connected to the brackets so you had to be very careful when removing the towels. After a pole fell off the wall and the bracket broke, we went to Moen's Contact Customer Service web link. I found that they only offer support if you live in CANADA (see image), we live in the US. Also the number "800" was CLOSED, although we called during the stated opening hours. Will never buy a Moen product again
