I know my son drags his heels when he walks, but I've never had shoes wear out like they do now! I was expecting them to last a bit longer considering they are hiking boots and was won over by the fact that they offer extra ankle support. My son wore them to school for 4 weeks and they are ruined! Of course, avoid them if you have a child who messes up like mine!
