I love these window candles! I bought two of these from Home Depot a few years ago, and two was enough when I lived in a small townhouse where only one side of the house faced the street. This year I moved into a private home on the corner in the Historic District and now I have 30 windows and all four sides of the home are visible from multiple angles. So I needed some more candles! I was so happy to find them at Revain because they are exactly the same as two I bought years ago. I bought from a Marketplace seller because the price was better. $12 a unit seems like quite a lot when you have that many windows to fill. The first two I bought lasted 10 years and still work great. I hope to last as many years from the 23 more I just bought! Candles are long lasting. I don't care if they break if hit by a curious kitten. Seen from the street, the brightness is just right. It's a warm yellow light that creates a soft, warm, shimmering glow that's visible from a distance. Remember that flickering lights are so effective that if you wake up from a deep sleep and see a flickering light before you're awake enough to process what's causing the flickering, you might immediately think there's a fire outside the flickering light in you causes windows. (I only mention this because it happens to me every year the first few nights I post them!) You will be happy with this purchase!
