These bulbs are not amber. They become noticeably yellower. The beam pattern is precisely dotted, not foggy. These headlights are sold as spot beam fog lights. It's a little confusing when we talk about real rays. The fog is meant to be a pattern, usually flat and wide. Then a stain, well, a stain. I'd say these lights have insane noise aside from the somewhat confusing radiation pattern. I mean if you've ever messed around with cheap USB chargers that ruin your radio during use, these bulbs do exactly the same thing. The moment they turn on, my radio becomes a static mess. This is an even bigger problem for those dealing with radio communications. It would be a real problem if you couldn't communicate with someone over the radio, especially when it matters the most. I'm sure there is a way to protect and/or filter out the noise, but keep that in mind.
