Very good customer service and great technical services
It is very flexible, with easy access from mobile devices as well so that we can work anywhere at any time without having to worry about our data being compromised or losing it in case something happens. A bit too expensive compared to some other options out there but considering its flexibility I think this software has more value for us than others do have. We are able to provide clients better support when they need assistance remotely through an app which improves their experience while working with us.

- Flexibility regarding platform usage/accessing.
- The ability you get once your subscription expires doesn't expire immediately after expiry date instead gets extended by 30 days until end user renews his subscriptions
