Scrap tote bags hold a 25 pound bag of scrap very firmly. I have to fold the top part of the shot bag (that's the empty part of the bag after the shots have settled) and stuff it into Caldwell's bag to fit. Be careful with lightning. They are quite flimsy and started to come loose when I pulled the bag back into place. I don't want to lift them by the bottom strap which puts the entire 25lb weight on the zipper. They serve to add an extra layer of protection to the shot bags; However, I warn you to be extra careful with them. They don't stand up to rough treatment. They are overpriced for their quality.
