This thing is beautiful in its simple, unrefined form. It feels good in the hand, sharp, the sheath is very comfortable, thick leather. The blade seems thick enough to withstand rough use. I find the mirror polished blade a bit odd and unnecessary, but it doesn't hurt. Update: Today I used a knife to carve a black walnut that is quite hard and it was amazing. The combination of factory sharpness and sharpening angle made the cut very controlled and smooth, even through branches. I was still able to shave off the hair on my arm afterwards, but I could tell it was a bit worn from using it on the walnut. I will definitely buy from this knife manufacturer again.
