I loved the elegance of these lip gloss tubes for my cosmetics line. After placing my first order, I found that some caps would make a clicking sound as if locking the cap while others would not. It's of the 12 tubes we're talking about, only 4 of the caps actually snap into place. I contacted support and replaced the tubes. When the new order arrived I had the same problem, only 4 lids snapped in place out of 12. Now I have 8 tubes out of 24 that are unusable. Return them and look elsewhere for pipes that might look similar.
