Touch comfort (top side): excellent Touch comfort (bottom side where it touches shoulders): excellent when not on bare skin. - slippery gel points inside where the straps run. Looks good and durable; light and reliable shutter; Thick enough for comfort but not too thick to be chunky; a light weight. I used it for my reusable nylon tote bags. Absolutely comfortable even when carrying heavy products.
