While this replacement worked well, its installation was lacking. The holes to align the display with the sockets on the frame were in the wrong place. This meant installing screws and pressing the alignment tabs over the bushings with the tabs sticking up. At least the screw holes got the screen in the right position on the frame, and the curved tabs didn't get in the way of assembly. In our case, this was a better option than replacing the entire Chromebook. If you don't have repair tools, search Google for installation instructions for your laptop and, if necessary, order the necessary tools from Revain.
